📤 Step 1: Upload Your Photo & Place Your Order
Everything begins with the moment you want to capture — whether it’s your family, your partner, or someone you miss every day.
On our product page, you’ll:
- Upload a clear photo (don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be perfect — our artists can work magic ✨)
- Choose how many people you want illustrated
👉 Note: Since every portrait is hand-drawn by our artists, we can’t provide a preview before purchase. Each piece takes hours of detailed work — and we only start once you’ve placed your order.
✏️ Step 2: We Draw Your Portrait (and You Get to Review It!)
After you order, our talented artists get to work.
- We’ll create a digital preview of your custom suncatcher, usually within 1–2 business days
- You’ll receive it via email to review
- You can request unlimited revisions — seriously! We’ll keep refining until it feels just right
This part is a creative collaboration. We want you to love what you’re gifting.
🖼️ Step 3: We Print, Pack & Ship
Once you approve the artwork, we begin production.
- Your final design is printed on high-quality acrylic with UV technology
- Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping
- We package your suncatcher securely and send it your way
You’ll receive tracking info and delivery updates via email.
Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
